SHUTTLES        REGISTRATIONS

• Pack Navette Solo Maredsous :

For €8 per person, this package includes the following:

1) Un QR Code pour une navette afin de revenir à Dinant après votre arrivée à Maredsous, départ à l'Abbaye de Maredsous après votre trail.

You will receive this single-use QR code upon completion of your registration. It must be presented to a member of the organisation before boarding the bus.

Please note: You will not be permitted to board the bus without presenting the QR code.

• Solo Dinant Shuttle Pack:

For €8 per person, this package includes the following:

1) A QR code for a shuttle bus to take you to the departure point, leaving from Dinant for Maredsous Abbey.

You will receive this single-use QR code upon completion of your registration. It must be presented to a member of the organisation before boarding the bus.

Please note: You will not be permitted to board the bus without presenting the QR code.

Shuttles are scheduled from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. No shuttles will depart after 8:00 am. Please note that shuttles will depart once the bus is full.

The meeting point for the shuttle bus will be Place Albert 1er in Dinant (see map below).

Please note: The individual package will ONLY allow you to travel from Dinant to Maredsous to reach the departure area.

Shuttle buses will run in one direction only, from Dinant to Maredsous Abbey.

If you would like a ticket for the post-race shuttle buses, you will need to opt for a carpool package with your friends or other athletes.

Booking deadline: Friday, 7 February 2025.

Please note: Refunds or cancellations for the Dinant solo shuttle package are not possible after booking.

• Carpool Package (3 - 4 - 5 people):

Ecology is important to us: participants in the 20km Maredsous Dinant race are making a difference by prioritising carpooling to get to the event site.

For €8 per person, this package includes all of the following:

1) A reserved parking space for the group's main vehicle, directly in the car park of Maredsous Abbey near the departure point.

2) Three, four or five wristbands to take the post-race shuttle bus from Place Albert 1er in Dinant back to Maredsous Abbey.

3) Three, four or five wristbands to get three cold beers at Maredsous Abbey to celebrate your achievement!

Please note that the post-race shuttle bus and complimentary beer will ONLY be available upon presentation of the wristband provided by the organisers.

Approximate shuttle bus times after the race: from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please note that the shuttle buses will depart once they are full.

Please note: It will not be possible to reserve a seat on the post-race shuttle bus individually.

The meeting point for the shuttle buses will be Place Albert 1er in Dinant. These shuttle buses will take you to the starting line at Maredsous Abbey.

For those wishing to come by train, Dinant railway station is only a 10-minute walk from Place Albert 1er.
