20KM TRAIL
The Molignée Valley always offers a unique and varied landscape, rich in colours and sensations. This time, the route is in the opposite direction, with a demanding profile: 20 km of paths and forests with 500 m of elevation gain for the toughest among you.
Forget flat terrain: here, every climb and descent will give you an authentic trail running experience, punctuated by breathtaking views, tunnels of vegetation and incredibly varied landscapes.
The ideal route for those who want to push themselves, prepare for a longer trail run, or simply take on a new challenge in an exceptional setting.
START
The start will be organised in several waves. These waves will be formed based on the estimated time to complete the race, which you must indicate when you register. It is therefore important to provide an honest estimate of your race time in order to be placed in the start wave that corresponds to you.

TIME LIMIT
The maximum time allowed to complete the race is 4 hours and 30 minutes.
If you are behind schedule, do not panic, a member of staff will inform you. Beyond this time limit, you may finish the race if you wish, but you will do so at your own risk.
REFUELLING
To keep you nourished and hydrated during the race, there will be four refreshment stations available:
- Refuel n°1 : KM 3.8
- Refue n°2 : KM 8.3
- Refue n°3 : KM 13
- Refue n°4 : KM 17.5
On the menu :
- Bananas, dried fruit, cereals, savoury biscuits, gingerbread, energy gels...
- Water, Coca-Cola, isotonic drinks...

Nutrition and hydration advice:
Drinking too late or too much at once can affect your performance. Take a few sips at each refreshment station to stay hydrated throughout the race!
Get used to eating and drinking during your workouts so you can find out what works best for you ;)
