What you need to remember :
General information
Medical certificate / athletics licence :
- No certificate or athletics licence is required to take part in
the 20km Maredsous Dinant
Transfer and change of holder :
- You can transfer your race number to another person before midnight on 15 February 2024, subject to the following procedure :
1. Go on Njuko.
2. Click on the ‘My reservation’ button in your runner's area.
3. Send your registration link .
Please note : A transfer fee of €5 will be charged for this transfer.
In addition, if the transfer takes place after 14 February 2025, the first name printed on the number cannot be changed.
Age requirements :
- Entries are open to people aged 16 and over on the day of the race. Anyone born after 09/03/2009 will not be able to enter the race..
If you are under 18, you will need parental authorisation to register.
Cancellation 2025
Participants will not be able to cancel their participation and receive a refund for the 2025 edition.
Please note : Options taken in addition to registration will not be reimbursed.
Cut off
To respect certain technical constraints and ensure the safety of the race, a time barrier of 3h30 will be set up for the event.
Respect for nature
Participants have an absolute obligation to respect the environment during the race.
Clean-up areas are clearly marked at the feed stations, where participants can dispose of their rubbish.
External assistance
All outside assistance is forbidden during the 20km Maredsous Dinant race.
Only volunteers and the organisers are authorised to provide participants with food and drink.
Furthermore, accompanying persons are forbidden to follow an athlete on foot or by bike: the athletes' safety is our priority.
